E Z Taxis is one of the best airport transfer companies we have ever used. They are not only very reasonably priced but also customer-minded, highly professional and efficient. The communication was outstanding; they sent messages ahead of our journey out, prior to departure home and they even knew what baggage belt we had to go to on arrival. The team are super helpful, polite and friendly. When travelling long haul from Hastings and Saint Leonards, we would thoroughly recommend them.

My introduction to EZ taxis has been an excellent one when I have used their service for transport to Benenden Hospital and back again to Bexhill. The journeys have been smooth, safe and filled with entertaining conversation. Some of those journeys have been requested late in the day but their proprietor Seb goes beyond any expected level of service to arrange and confirm a driver, he clearly is totally customer orientated and makes every effort to meet your needs and has never let me down. And another great aspect of the EZ Taxi service is that his fares are always reasonable and his cars are clean and a delight to be a passenger in.

Having been a regular E Z Taxis customer for the last couple of years (4 return trips per year) The last couple of pickups have been less than satisfactory, financial gain is now being put above the safety of passengers. By overbooking and overworking the severe lack of care and customer service is evident. Rather than risk being involved in an accident due to the driver potentially falling asleep at the wheel I’d prefer to entrust mine and my family’s safety elsewhere. I will not be using this service again in the future.

Decided 24 hours whilst in morrocco to book EZ taxis at late notice. I received an email early in the morning to confirm and a quick link supplied enabled me to book and pay. A very simple process. I found EZ taxis on facebook and must admit the content of the video was very different in advertising as it talks about a seamless journey. So on arrival at gatwick north i receive a text with full easy to follow directions to pick up point, registration plate no and make of car. Easy to follow and a few mins walk. I also reveived a text with the number of the baggage claim carrousel. At pick up my case was taken and loaded on the car and a bottle of water was given. Such a lovely gesture from a professional driver and owner of EZ taxis. When we arrived at my home my case was carried to my door one flight of stairs! I am so happy to have found this service and have just booked my next trip. Thank you

We flew out of Heathrow and back through Gatwick. We received a really good service. On the day of departure the driver (seb) arrived earlier than the time we had booked and made the journey a real pleasure. On the return through Gatwick we landed at 4am the driver arrived on time with free bottles of water and then woke us up when we arrived in St. Leonards . I would highly recommend. Many thanks 🙏🏿

The cost of the journey to and from Gatwick was cheap. The driver was punctual and provided helpful information to guide us to the meeting point at Gatwick. The car was clean. The air freshener a bit too strong. It was a safe , smooth journey and the driver was happy to do multiple drop offs on return route at no extra cost....However, appropriate communication skills lacking .. the phrase " time and place" comes to mind... Driver dropped the f bomb on a number of occasions and proceeded to recite x rated lyrics to a song on the radio !!! Had to be asked not to continue ... ! This would have been a 5 star review ,...so, if you don't mind all of the above go for it ...

I booked a taxi to Gatwick Airport with E Z Taxis. Even before he knew I was an anxious traveller, the driver e-mailed to let me know he was going to be a bit later than agreed to pick me up. He then kept me up to date with his ETA by calling me, which was really helpful. He got me to the airport in time which was great! The journey was quick and comfortable and the driver (Sean, I think?) kept my travel nerves at bay with a good conversation! The price was very reasonable - and I have already passed on contact details for E Z to someone local I met on my travels.

A few weeks ago, I took a short holiday to Scotland. I was worried about the train strike so I contacted E Z Taxis at short notice for the commute. I must admit, I have been very impressed with their service. They arrived on the dot and we had a very good chat to Gatwick. They went on a route to make sure I wouldn't be late for my flight. Before I left, they showed me where I would be picked up when I was back, and how to get in touch when I was there. When I did arrive back in England. I barely had to wait around at my pickup as they were already waiting. And again, gave a very speedy and great service on the ride back home. I can not recommend this company enough. I will definitely be using their service in the future, and will be suggesting them to any friends or family who are going on holiday next year.

Booking was seamless, it felt like I was being picked up by a family member, kept in touch when I travelled. On my return, he was patient, even when I was really worried about my bags taking awhile, he was patient. Even buzzed me to let me know what carousel my bag would be . The drive back was calm.
