Flight Delays & Scheduling Priority Policy

We understand that flight delays happen and we always do our best to accommodate customers wherever possible. However, as a pre-booked transfer service, our journeys are carefully scheduled to ensure all customers reach their destination on time.

Please note the following important conditions:

• If your inbound flight is delayed, the first hour of delay is not charged.

• If a delay extends beyond one hour and causes a knock-on effect to a pre-booked onward customer, additional waiting time may be charged at £20 per hour.

• In some cases, a delayed arrival may affect a customer who is travelling to the airport to catch their flight.

Priority Rule (Very Important):
If a flight delay would impact another customer who is travelling to the airport, the outbound airport customer will always take priority.
This is to ensure they do not miss their flight.

If this happens:

• We may need to adjust your pickup time, or

• In rare cases, re-schedule collection after completing the outbound journey.

This does not mean you are abandoned — it means your pickup is rearranged as soon as possible without risking another customer missing their flight.

Shared Taxi Option (When Available)

To minimise delays, we may offer the option to share a taxi with another affected customer (only when practical and agreed by both parties).
If this option is accepted, £10 will be refunded to each customer as a goodwill gesture.

Booking & Payment Terms

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for online bookings.

• For same-day or urgent bookings, please call or WhatsApp 07873294086.

• An advance deposit may be required for some bookings.

• Outbound journeys: Payable by cash, card (chip & pin), bank transfer, or in advance.

• Return journeys: Must be fully paid at the outbound pickup.

• Inbound (airport pickup) journeys: Must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

• A minimum fare of £20.00 applies to all online bookings.

Easy payment methods available: cash, bank transfer, or card payment.
