What to expect on your Heathrow transfer
Direct terminal travel
Door-to-terminal travel for departures. For airport collections, instructions are supplied directly to the passenger before travel.
Flight delays
Flight information is monitored for airport collections. The first hour of flight delay is included; longer delays are handled under the current Flight Delay & Priority Policy.
Passengers & luggage
Maximum 4 passengers. Luggage capacity depends on passenger numbers and case sizes; up to four 25kg cases can be possible, with three hard-shell and one soft bag usually the easiest arrangement.
Booking priority
Advance bookings take priority. New customers booking an inbound-only airport collection, or customers we did not take outbound, require prepayment.

Do you collect from all Heathrow terminals?
Yes. Collection instructions are supplied directly before travel for the terminal and booking concerned.
Is the £7 Heathrow charge included in the fare?
No. The £7 airport Drop Off or Collection Charge is shown separately from the EZ Taxis journey fare.
Can I book an early-morning or late-night journey?
Yes, subject to diary availability. Advance bookings take priority.
