3. Reply to confirm you accept the price & then it’s booked for you.
If your flight is delayed, we won’t charge for the first hour, but if your flight is delayed and it has a knock-on effect on the next customer and we need to cancel their booking, you will be charged at a rate of £20 per hour.
Sometimes delayed flights happen, and to avoid longer delays than needed we may need to ask if you can share a taxi with the delayed customer; for your inconvenience we will discount the journey and give £10 back to both parties.

An advance deposit may be required for some bookings.
Outbound journeys can be paid by cash or by card via chip and pin on the day or in advance by bank transfer or card payment.
All return journeys must be fully paid at the outbound pick up.
All inbound journeys must be paid for at least 24 hours prior to the pick up time. A minimum fare of £20.00 applies to all online bookings.
