Booking Terms & Conditions

How Booking Works

All journeys provided by EZ Taxis Bexhill Airport & Seaport Transfers are pre-booked in advance.

  • We do not operate as a short local taxi service

  • Same-day bookings may be possible but are not guaranteed

  • Advance booking is strongly recommended to secure availability

Bookings are only confirmed once availability has been checked and accepted by us.

Booking Process

When you submit a booking request:

  1. You complete the booking form or contact us directly

  2. We check availability and calculate a fixed price

  3. You receive confirmation details

  4. Once accepted, your booking is secured

Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee availability until confirmed by us.

Pricing & Fixed Fares

  • All prices are fixed and agreed in advance

  • There are no surge charges or dynamic pricing

  • Any applicable airport or port charges are explained at the time of booking

The price confirmed is for the agreed journey only. Any changes to pickup time, location, passenger numbers, or destination may result in a revised fare.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Outbound journeys may be paid by cash, bank transfer, or card

  • Return journeys are normally payable at the outbound pickup

  • Inbound (airport pickup) journeys must be paid at least 24 hours prior to travel

  • A minimum fare may apply to online bookings

Payment details will always be confirmed clearly before travel.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or amend a booking:

  • Please notify us as soon as possible

  • Late cancellations may be subject to charges

  • Significant changes to a booking may require re-confirmation of availability

We understand plans can change and aim to be reasonable wherever possible.

Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Being ready at the agreed pickup time

  • Providing accurate pickup and destination details

  • Ensuring luggage quantities are declared correctly at booking

  • Giving the correct flight codes, dates due to land and time

Delays caused by passenger lateness or incorrect information may result in additional charges or impact subsequent bookings.

Safety & Conduct

For the safety of passengers and drivers:

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times

  • Abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a journey if safety is compromised

Service Scope

EZ Taxis Bexhill Airport & Seaport Transfers specialises in:

  • Airport transfers

  • Seaport and cruise terminal transfers

  • Pre-booked long-distance journeys

We do not operate as a general short-distance local taxi service.

Acceptance of Terms
