Local roads – Bexhill, St Leonards and Hastings
B2095 Hooe: planned weekday overnight through closures continue on the revised 26 October–7 November programme, 7pm–6am, between the A269 and A259 junctions. The signed diversion uses the A269, A2690 and A259 in both directions. Property access is limited and managed by the site team. Allow diversion time for tonight’s journeys. Official revised notice.
Kings Road, St Leonards – Saturday 7 November: the planned market closure affects Western Road–London Road, 5am–5pm. Arrange collections outside the closed stretch. Official order.
Advance warning – Combe Valley Way: closures between Haven Brook Avenue roundabout and Queensway are scheduled on 18 and 19 November, 8pm–6am, finishing at 6am on 20 November. The published diversion uses A2690, A21, A2102 and A259 in both directions. Official schedule.

Heathrow rail – disruption expected throughout today
National Rail’s 7:59am update reports defective track at Hayes & Harlington, with a speed restriction affecting Elizabeth line services between Paddington and Heathrow Terminals/Reading. Trains may be revised, with disruption expected until the end of Tuesday 3 November. Allow additional airport connection time and check your specific service.
Ticket acceptance includes London Underground via reasonable routes and selected alternative bus and rail services; check the full conditions before changing route.
