Local roads – Bexhill, St Leonards and Hastings
B2095 Hooe – scheduled closure tonight: the revised 26 October–7 November programme specifies weekday overnight works, 7pm–6am, between the A269 and A259 junctions. The road closes to through traffic, with a signed diversion via the A269, A2690 and A259 in both directions. Property access is limited and managed by the site team. Allow diversion time for evening journeys. Official revised schedule.
Kings Road, St Leonards – Saturday 7 November: the council’s market order closes Kings Road from its junction with Western Road to its junction with London Road, 5am–5pm. This is a planned event closure. No vehicle may enter or proceed along that stretch during the order’s hours. Arrange collection outside the closed section; no diversion is specified in the order. Advance planning – Combe Valley Way: bridge inspections are scheduled on 18 and 19 November, 8pm–6am, finishing at 6am on 20 November. Through closures affect Haven Brook Avenue roundabout–Queensway, with the published diversion via A2690, A21, A2102 and A259. Official notice.

Rail and airport roads
The weekend Portsmouth replacement-bus arrangements and M25 closure reported yesterday had scheduled end dates on 1 November; they are not carried forward as active warnings today. Check your specific train through National Rail and current roads through National Highways before leaving for Gatwick, Heathrow, Southampton or Portsmouth.

Tel Aviv connections: Emirates’ notice dated 5 October remains displayed today, stating that its flydubai codeshare operations to/from Tel Aviv are suspended until further notice.
