Local roads – Bexhill, St Leonards and Hastings
Barrack Road, Bexhill: today is the final scheduled day of repairs outside No. 20, on the published 26–30 October programme, 8am–4pm daily. Excavation prevents vehicle access between No. 20 and the cul-de-sac end once work starts; pedestrian and emergency access remain. Agree an accessible collection point. Completion and reopening have not been independently confirmed. Official notice.
B2095 Hooe: planned overnight closures between the A269 and A259 junctions remain scheduled during 26 October–7 November, 7pm–6am, with no weekend working. The signed diversion uses the A269, A2690 and A259 in both directions. Property access is limited and managed by the site team; there is no through route during closure hours. Heathrow roads – closure tomorrow night
The M25 junction 15 anticlockwise through carriageway between the M4 slip roads is scheduled to close 8pm Saturday 31 October–10am Sunday 1 November. Clockwise traffic and all M25/M4 links remain open under the published plan. Allow extra time for affected Heathrow journeys and follow signed diversions. National Highways details.
Rail – port connections this weekend
The main Havant blockade is scheduled through today, 30 October. Southern services terminate at Chichester and Waterloo–Portsmouth Harbour services at Petersfield, with replacement buses towards Portsmouth Harbour and Southampton Central.
Saturday 31 October: Waterloo–Portsmouth Harbour services terminate at Haslemere, with buses Haslemere–Havant. Sunday 1 November: they terminate at Guildford, with buses Guildford–Havant. Allow longer ferry and cruise connections. Network Rail schedule. Check your specific train through National Rail before departure.
